Project Title: Soothe Sanctum: Hygienic Havens, Harmonious Minds
Overview:
This project seeks to tackle the urgent problem of insufficient restroom facilities at Emmanuel Resurrecion Congressional Integrated High School (ERCIHS). Students and staff are highly worried about the conditions of our restrooms, characterized by damaged fixtures, inadequate sanitation, and a shortage of necessary supplies. These circumstances not only impact health and cleanliness but also influence the overall educational environment and welfare of our school community.
Purpose:
The project aims to support the upgrade and upkeep of restroom facilities at ERCIHS. Through increasing awareness, drumming up support, and suggesting practical solutions, our aim is to establish a secure, well-maintained, and efficient setting for all individuals within the school.
Objectives:
1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state of comfort rooms and identify key issues.
2. Advocate for the allocation of a dedicated repair budget to address immediate and long-term facility needs.
3. Implement a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule to ensure sustainable improvements.
4. Foster community involvement through petitions, clean-up drives, and collaboration with school administrators and external stakeholders.
Methodology:
The project consists of several stages, such as taking pictures and writing reports on the current state of comfort rooms, launching a petition to rally backing from students and faculty, and delivering the results and suggestions to the school authorities. Exploring collaboration with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and potential external partners will enhance the campaign.
Impact:
Upgraded restroom facilities will not just improve cleanliness and safety but also increase happiness, efficiency, and the overall wellbeing in the school. This program emphasizes the significance of treating our learning environment with dignity and respect, establishing expectations for how essential facilities should be taken care of.
Call to Action:
We invite everyone—students, staff, parents, and community members—to join us in advocating for this cause. Together, we can make a lasting difference and ensure that our school provides the comfort and care we all deserve. Let’s work towards a brighter, healthier future for ERCIHS!
