Components of the budget include:
1. Cleaning Materials (P2,000): Necessary materials like gloves, disinfectants, plastic water dippers, microfiber mops, buckets, and toilet brushes.
2. Trash Cans (P1,000): Proper waste disposal and segregation through buying new trash cans.
3. Comfort Room Supplies ( PTA): Essential supplies like tissue, towels, alcohol, and liquid soap, it can be provided through the Parent-Teacher Association.
4. Signage and Decorations (P1,000): Bathroom etiquette signage, such as "Wash your hands frequently," to foster cleanliness within the school community.
5. Mirrors (P1,500): Removing and replacing of old mirrors to enhance the aesthetic of the comfort rooms and accessibility.
6. Air Fresheners (P1,000): Monthly supply of air fresheners like glade, air baby, and etc. To improve and create a more pleasing indoor air and ambiance.
7. Minor Repairs (P2,500): Fixing door knobs, doors, faucets, clogged toilet bowl, and fixing the lights or choosing the right bulbs.
8. Hygiene Workshops: By implementing a per grade level symposium for students on maintaining cleanliness and to ensure that they feel safe and comfortable, lead by the Red Cross Association.
9. Labor Fees: By hiring cleaning staff and wages to pay the staff, it’s sponsored by the School Alumni .
10. Miscellaneous Costs (P3,000): Setting aside a budget for unexpected expenses that may occur during the time of the project.
The presented budget shows the accountability of the petitioners. The budget focuses on the cleanliness and overall well-being of the comfort rooms to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. Every supplies/items is well detailed and planned: also we added sponsorships to reduce the costs and create engagement within the school community.
